great parks and landmarks within walking distance

I loved being just a quick trip away from Playa Delfines and Parque Maya Cancun, where I could take long walks and really soak in the beautiful scenery and local vibes. the staff were genuinely friendly and the breakfast had a ton of variety, making my mornings that much better.

The rooftop bar crew was super attentive, I will say, and the food was great! The breakfast was decent too, saved us some cash and kept us full for the morning activities.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but you know what, for the value it was acceptable.

The room was spacious and immaculate, featuring a well-equipped kitchen and a super comfortable king bed with soft linens. Morning breakfast had a delightful selection, including delicious local cold cuts. The rooftop views were breathtaking, adding to the overall pleasant ambiance. However, the public beach's parking experience felt unnecessarily complicated with tip expectations upon arrival and departure.

Newer hotel, nice carpet, high ceiling shower particularly stood out during my stay, and I appreciated the convenience of having a rooftop pool to relax after a day of exploring.

The fried fish at the rooftop snack bar is a must-try—so fresh and flavorful! Plus, the spacious room with a fully stocked kitchen was perfect for family late-night munchies. Don't sleep on the included breakfast. it was delightfully varied and always hit the spot.

Unfortunately, the ground floor room came with an uninspiring view of mangroves and an unpleasant smell in the hallways, reminiscent of sewage. The journey to the central activities in the Hotel Zone took a frustrating 15-20 minutes, despite being in the zone itself, and the pools, although nice, were disappointingly unheated for the warmer days. Additionally, had to repeatedly ask for basic toiletries and cleaning service, which only arrived late in the afternoon.
